Password-Protected Support
Current Customers with a Password
If you are a current customer with an up-to-date password, you can visit the Support page to download the most recent versions of PreciseFlexTM software and documentation. You can also visit the archives to download older versions. Please note that passwords become obsolete from time-to-time so you need to obtain a new password periodically.
Current Customers without a Password
If you are a current customer and would like obtain a password please send an email to webadmin_preciseflex@brooks.com with your name, company name and the model number and serial number for a purchased product. You should receive your password via email within approximately one business day.
Software Update E-Mail List
If you would like to be notified by email when major software updates are available, please send an email to webadmin_preciseflex@brooks.com with your name, company name and the model number and serial number for a purchased software. You will receive an email notifying you when major software updates are available.
